Michigan

Saturday morning we drove to Michigan to visit my family. Addison was very excited to see "ma" and "papa." The drive felt crazy long, I don't think Addison had ever been so bored in her entire life. Unfortunately, our DVD player broke, so we had to survive the trip without Dora (how did we ever survive as kids?!) We were all very excited to see everyone, but Addison was especially excited. In her world Payton is the absolute coolest person in the world. Henry was laughing at Grandma and Ella, which was so funny. Thankfully, the girls have played really well together, and Addison is having so much fun with her cousins. It has been a fun start to a week long trip in Michigan. Andy is leaving super early tomorrow to go home. Addison, Henry, and I are staying until Saturday. We are really going to miss him!
This afternoon we watched a storm come in. We had just gotten in the garage when we watched the rain sweep across the yard. It was such a terrible storm that the wind caused my parent's garage door to break. It really stinks because they just had to get a new one. We had just gone inside about one minute before the door broke, thankfully we weren't standing there when it happened. It was one powerful storm!
